Walk Thru services: UDI does offer a walk thru service which includes a summary written report; this service is for the purpose of pre-sale inspection or smaller units in exceptional condition. The same components of a full inspection are reviewed during this service.

All fees include extended follow up with the new homeowner on service or improvement related issues. A second visit, if necessary, is primarily for the re-inspection of recommended work orders.

New construction punch list inspections are intended to help the new home buyer determine what is appropriate in the way of repairs needed to new residences.

Report turn around time is targeted at 1-24 hours, with delivery provided via E-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer and their authorized agents. These are targets, and may vary upon scheduling and work load. All fees are based on the MLS bedroom listing.
